Day 1 Cochin – Munnar


Arrival at Cochin Airport or Ernakulum Railway Station, Our representative will meet you there and proceed on a drive through the picturesque countryside of Munnar, which is 135km from Cochin, was a popular getaway retreat during the British Raj. Surrounded by lush green tea estates and situated at the confluence of three mountain streams, this picturesque hill station boasts of exotic flora and fauna. On arrival check in to your hotel. Evening visit Munnar town, Overnight stay at the hotel. (Cochin to Munnar: 135Km/3 ½ hrs)


Day 2 Munnar Excursion


After breakfast proceed to full day sightseeing, Visit Pothamedu which offers you an excellent view of the tea, coffee and cardamom plantations and Famous for the breathtaking scenery it is also an ideal place for trekking and long mountain walks. Visit Devikulam this tranquil hill station offer you a rare experience with its velvet lawns, with the cool mountain air. Overnight stay at the hotel                                                                                                    


Day 3 Munnar Excursion


After breakfast visit Rajamala where you can spot Nilgiri Thar (mountain goat), then the Echo point where the nature reproduce your sound. You can also visit Anamudi Peak which is the highest peak in Kerala. Rest of the evening for leisure and overnight stay at hotel  


Day 4 Munnar – Thekkady  


After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady which is 100km from Munnar After a relaxed morning drive from the land of tea plantations into the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady. Where check in your hotel, the rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy a walk through the bustling spice market of Kumili village in Thekkady. (Munnar to Thekkady: 110Km/ 3 hrs)

Day 5 Thekkady Excursion

Today, go for a early morning  boat ride on Lake Periyar which is the best way to locate wildlife in Periyar wild life Sanctuary which is a tiger reserve, (boats can be hired directly). The park has herds of elephants, deer’s, and wild dogs, barking deer, Sāmbhar, gaurs and wild boars. Rest of the evening for leisure, overnight stay at hotel.


Day 6 Thekkady - Alappuzha / Kumarakom 

Morning check out from hotel and proceeds on a picturesque drive to Alappuzha / Kumarakom located on the idyllic backwaters and an unbelievable paradise of mangroves forests, paddy fields and coconut groves, where you check into your House boat (optional) at 12.00 noon on arrival. And while cruising through backwaters  you can see pathiramanal island home to many rare varieties of migratory birds from different parts of the world, also the Kumarakom bird sanctuary which is a favorite haunt of migratory birds like the Siberian stork, egret, darter, heron and teal. Overnight stay in house boat. (Thekkady to Alappuzha / Kumarakom: 155Km 4 hrs)


Day 7 Alappuzha / Kumarakom - Kovalom / Poovar

After breakfast check out from house boat and depart to Kovalam 190km from Alappuzha / Kumarakom check in hotel, evening visit Kovalam beach which is renowned internationally and a favorite haunt of tourists since 1930. This consists of three adjacent crescent beaches. And don’t forget to get a bird’s eye view of Kovalam beach form the light house located there, day relax in beach evening back to hotel overnight stay. (Alappuzha / Kumarakom to Kovalam: 190Km 4 ½ hrs)


Day 8 Kovalam to Trivandrum sightseeing back to Kovalam and depart

After breakfast city tour of Trivandrum Visit Napier Museum which built in the 19th century , this indo-Saracenic structure build in red and brown bricks boasts a natural air conditioning system and houses a rare collection of archaeological and historic bronze idols a chariot etc and the Srichithra art gallery displays select paintings of Raja Ravi Varma, Svetlova and Nicholas Roe rich etc. evening dharshan at padmanabhaswamy temple (non Hindus are not allowed inside) is a splendid example of Dravidian architecture, back to hotel. Before 12.00 pm. Check out from hotel proceeds to Trivandrum Railway station/Airport for your onward journey with sweet memories.
